The body’s health is influenced by our exercise. An effective immune system requires regular exercise.

Spend at least 30 minutes each day working out.

A sedentary lifestyle causes the lymphatic system to become inactive, which causes waste, dead cells, and toxins to build up.

What is necessary for the lymphatic system to be activated?

1. Vibration and jumping – power plate, vibro platforms, rope jumping, and spot jumping.

2. Exercise, wraps, and infrared saunas to sweat.

3. using a hard, dry brush to massage the body.

4. Massage for lymphatic drainage.

5. Consuming adequate fluids (preferably from glass bottles).

6. Don’t spend too much time sitting still.

7. Put on loose, non-squeezing clothing.

8. Make the most of your workplace by standing up or working while seated in a split-lobed chair. You may also use a silicone cushion with knobs that you can get in a sports store to cover a chair. It is impossible to sit still on it since the pelvis will move, reducing congestion.
